APD Global provided the control system integration design, configuration, testing & commissioning support works for the project.
WORKS UNDERTAKEN INCLUDED:
- Control system integration design for new & existing control system panels;
- Configuration of new Allen-Bradley RTU for 33kV BESS switchroom, modification of the existing 66kV RTU & integration of the vendorsupplied BESS system;
- Configuration of Cisco switches & SEL GPS clock;
- Modification of power station DCS, Honeywell Experion PKS, to integrate the 66kV modifications & new 33kV switchboard & BESS system;
- Internal testing with project equipment, GE, Siemens & SEL protection relays;
- FAT (Factory Acceptance
Testing).
APD completed the multidisciplinary design for the interconnecting substation and BESS equipment. (Civil Structural, Primary, Secondary, Automation & Telecommunication.)
