BHP NPI Inland HV SCADA upgrade
SCADA and communications design, configuration, testing and commissioning at Yandi and Junction - the critical NPI HV assets powering the Yandi and MAC mining operations.

Mine-site power, SCADA, comms and process control
The capability runs across the whole site. Power: electrical, SCADA and communications design for substations like BHP's 66/11 kV Southtown in Newman. SCADA and control: from the Yandi and Junction HV upgrade - replacing standalone late-90s Areva e-Terra systems where critical faults could mean losing remote control of both substations - to power load management and plant control integration.
Comms: the mission-critical networks above, designed, deployed and supported in the field. Process control: commissioning that takes new plant to automatic operation and ramp-up, as at Silvergrass East - with Siemens SICAM, Siprotec 5 via DIGSI 5, IEC 61850 MMS and GOOSE, IEC 60870-5-104 and SNMP monitoring in the toolkit from the Roy Hill PMS integration.
