APD takes telco work as design-and-construct, not a drawing pack handed over the fence. Sites are designed, built, tested and handed back - digital radio for emergency services, 4G signalling, LEO satellite backhaul, and the power supplies that keep nbn and carrier plant alive.
The same accreditation that sits on the power utilities sits on the telco owners. Telstra, nbn, Western Power comms, Transgrid comms. Years on those networks, not a one-off site visit.
